Cookies and consent
This is an information and sales site: no form, no sign-in, no database. What we process is your visit to the page — and, if you agree, the measurement of our campaigns.
On your first visit a banner asks you. You can decline with one click; the site works fully afterwards. You can change your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. A withdrawal takes effect from that moment on; processing carried out until then remains lawful.
Necessary, no consent required under sec. 25(2)(2) TDDDG: “sw_consent” records for six months which categories you agreed to. Without it the banner would have to ask again on every page. Also necessary: “sw_lang” remembers for one year which language you picked in the switch at the foot of the page. It holds nothing but “de” or “en” and is only set when you switch yourself — without it the site would send you back to your browser’s language on every visit.
Statistics, only with your consent under sec. 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and where visits come from — cookieless, nothing is stored on your device for it. “sw_campaign” remembers for 30 days the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through.
We use no advertising cookies, no ad networks and no cross-device profiles. We sell no data and embed nothing that recognises you across other websites.
Campaign measurement across two domains
We promote this site by e-mail. The links in those e-mails carry campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). They tell us which mailing brought how many visits — not who you are.
The contract is not concluded here but in the customer area at app.scroll-world.de. When you click through, we append those parameters to the target address so that an order can be traced back to the mailing. Only the campaign travels with you, no identifier of your device.
Without consent to statistics we store nothing: the parameters are then passed on within your click alone and are not written to your device.
Visiting the site (hosting)
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. on Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular IP address, timestamp, requested address and browser identifier.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and available operation of the site. A data-processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place.
Ordering, briefing and delivery
Ordering, briefing, payment and collecting the finished files do not happen on this site but in the customer area at app.scroll-world.de. No record about you is created here.
What is processed there, and on what basis, is set out in the privacy policy of the customer area. The controller there is the company named above.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to the address given in the imprint, we process your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message in order to answer it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry; where it concerns the initiation of a contract, it is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us that is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, Sofia).
Retention
E-mail enquiries are kept for as long as handling them requires and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention period applies. The site itself creates no further records.
