It is purely an information and sales site: no form, no sign-in, no database. Beyond serving the page itself, we process no data about you here.
Visiting the site (hosting)
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. on Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular IP address, timestamp, requested address and browser identifier.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and available operation of the site. A data-processing agreement with Cloudflare is in place.
Ordering, briefing and delivery
Ordering, briefing, payment and collecting the finished files do not happen on this site but in the customer area at app.scroll-world.de. No record about you is created here.
What is processed there, and on what basis, is set out in the privacy policy of the customer area. The controller there is the company named above.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to the address given in the imprint, we process your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message in order to answer it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry; where it concerns the initiation of a contract, it is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21).

Retention
E-mail enquiries are kept for as long as handling them requires and are then deleted, unless a statutory retention period applies. The site itself creates no further records.
